The living spaces at Gioi are spread across two buildings: the main house and the pool house. The main house features a beautiful open kitchen-dining room and a living area that opens onto a covered terrace where you will probably eat most of your meals.
Above the kitchen area is a mezzanine that houses a cozy Home Theater, with a flat-screen HD TV, Dolby surround system, a sofa and a sofa bed.
There are two bedrooms in the main house, a double and a twin, each with its own direct access via large French windows to the pool terrace. The double has an en-suite shower room, while the twin has a mezzanine with a double bed and a shower room next to it.
The bedrooms in the pool house (under the pool) overlook the surrounding lemon groves. Here there is a double bedroom and a twin-double bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. These bedrooms are accessible from the outside and are not interconnected. The furnishings are modern and practical.
Gioi's delightful outdoor spaces are dominated by the fabulous infinity pool and its views over the rolling green hills and lemon groves of the surrounding countryside. There are many well-furnished terraces with shaded and cool seating and dining areas, as well as sunny spots, ideal for sunbathing.
Hammocks sway gently, supported by centuries-old olive trees, and an atmosphere of peace and tranquility reigns. The grounds also include a vegetable garden (from which the gardener will usually supply you with vegetables!) and a large, fragrant citrus grove, where it is a pleasure to stroll.
