On the ground floor, in addition to a comfortable service bathroom, you will find a suite consisting of a first room with double sofa bed and TV and, adjacent, a second room with double bedroom and private bathroom complete with shower. The second large bedroom, with queen size bed, desk corner and private bathroom with shower, has large windows that allow natural light to filter in, providing exceptional natural lighting. All the windows of ALTAMIRA were designed by the architect to offer glimpses of uncontaminated Sicilian nature, making the Villa a refuge of comfort and refinement where our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation and intimacy.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a 40 m2 suite.
This exclusive private space, with breathtaking views, is composed of a spacious bedroom, with a desk corner and a sliding wooden wall that divides it from a second room with a seating area and the possibility of using the comfortable double sofa bed. The large spaces, the private bathroom with shower and the private 20m2 terrace, from which you can enjoy the sea view, make this room a perfect family suite.
On the first floor there is also a panoramic terrace accessible both from the internal staircase and from an external staircase. Going up another level you will find the second large terrace which offers a splendid 360 degree panorama overlooking the countryside, the sea and the characteristic town of Noto.
The outdoor space is equipped with a kitchen, an area with a dining table and an outdoor seating area. By the pool there is a solarium area with sun loungers. There is also a vegetable garden full of aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables.
